Microsoft Internship, Software Developer interview questions

The interview selection process was rather haphazard, lacking a discernible and structured approach. It seemed that candidates were chosen without a well-defined set of qualifications or criteria. Furthermore, the interview questions were surprisingly straightforward and didn't adequately assess the depth of a candidate's knowledge or skills, possibly leading to candidates being underutilized or not fully evaluated.

I didn't reach interview round as i wasn't able to clear online coding assessment.Questions were of decent level based on data structures.After that 4-5 studeents were selected from my college.
