Microsoft CSAM Customer Success Account Manager interview questions

Fairly simple, but overall a long process that took over 2 and 1/2 months for 3 x 15-45 min chats. I had to follow up every time to know what’s going on and at the end I got a very inconclusive “the result is positive, but you’d be better off in another department”. A week later I saw they rejected me on the platform, that’s how I was sure of the result. Really unprofessional, especially from what I expected from Microsoft.
