Behavioral Interviews: I also had behavioral interviews to assess soft skills like communication and problem-solving.

On-Site Interviews (if applicable): For more senior positions, on-site interviews may be conducted, including discussions with multiple team members and managers.

Very bad, they need to improve it immediately, otherwise people will not participate anymore. It is very difficult and at the same time without any real substance. I didnt like the process. I really didnt like it totally. I hate it.
The interview was divided in 4 stages. Initially the levels were easy, it got intense as final round approached. It was a good experience overall. Had a rollercoaster ride. But the HR was supportive and helpful.
