Recruiter took everything I said and turned into corporate buzzwords. When the interview was ending he indicated that I should work on communicating more clearly. I asked him if the expectation was that I speak more like he did, and he said "Yes". Buzzwords do not equal clarity in communication.

Interview
I was pleasantly surprised but the amount of interview preparation materials they provided. They even arranged a meeting with one of the Meta engineers so that they could answer all my questions about the details of the interview process.
The interview itself consisted of 6 rounds: coding, product design, system design, project deep dive, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership.

I was invited for a day long onsite interview at the Menlo Park, CA location. I had five interviews which including algorithm and coding plus system design topics. All the interviewers were very polite. I provided optimal solutions for the coding and system design questions.
