Initial phone call with recruiter. The Meta interviewing process is very well structured, detailed and stimulating. Practice questions are also provided in the job portal. Furthermore, there are bi-weekly sessions with Meta employees regarding the interview process. The first real interview is a coding challenge, 2 questions in 40 min.
