Very easy, I got the position within 2 rounds of interviews. Mike is a very helpful and nice recruiter. The process is very easy and the interview itself had behavioral questions. Use STAR method and you will be good for the interview
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MetLife
Interview
It was a very easy process with limited technical questions. There was no coding and mostly behavioral questions. I would maybe brush up on basic leadership questions and other behavioral questions.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MetLife (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2017
Interview
Went to Metlife table at my campus career fair event and gave them my resume, then got an email invitation to do an on campus interview at my college career center. After the on campus interview I got an email about the next round that would take place at the Cary Campus called Blitz Day. At the Blitz day I did a case interview, ate lunch with employees, then did a series of three individual interviews with managers. Mostly experience and behavioral questions. Asked about things on resume. Then waited about a month to hear back about if I got the internship or not. Took about another month or two to get my official offer.
