The first round phone screen with HR is one of THE most stupid interviews I've had, hr without tech background just asks if you know abc that's related to the job, and some none sense q, worst part is they have the power to even fail more than qualified candidates with subjective prejudiced opinions. No organization will benifit from this sick culture, real talent wont give a damn about it, and better keep away.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
30min call,
2 tele presence interview (1 hr long / interview)
Written sample, needed to be completed in 1 hour.
On site interview with 3 diff managers and lunch.
Was very well communicated process and to be honest not so bad if you have the knowledge.
Multiple interviews, one from HR, then technical, then troubleshooting, and in the end an overall results and expectations interview. They were all very nice and clear at every step of the process.
