I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meraki (Bogotá, Cundinamarca) in May 2021
Interview
Process quite quite long and some times it can seem exhausted to you due to you need to take time to prepare interviews and some long silences between stages. (may be 15 or 20 days)
1. Interview with HR via webex, Q&A about your profile and certification
2. Tech interview with a CSE (Q&A about L2/L3/L4 and L7 protocols. Expect questions about Wireless, R&S, Security, MPLS, BGP, OSPF desging and your profile
3. HM interview, play role questions
4. 2x WWD play role questions
5. Product manager inteview, asking about your previous experience with goverment sector and enterprise
6. HM again, play role questions, discussiong design scenarios and designing with meraki products
7. .. total silence.... you send ping to HM and they did not answer
8. Finally you received an email candidate survey from greenhouse to fill some questions (In this part, you still don't know if you are IN or you're OUT, but reading greenhouse docs, they say candidate receive the candidate survey if he/she is OUT
9. No feedback, HR went ghost afterwards, neither and email saying thanks for applying.
Generally speaking all panelist were very polite and the usually did questions to test your whole know-how.
CONS:
If you are in final stages and don't passed, you would expect al least an email saying "thanks for applying but you were not choosed" or something like that.
But from my point it's very dissapointing if you asked to HR for a follow-up or feedback, and they didn't getting any response
Very dissapointed from the process, as HRs are working (supposedly) for a huge company like Cisco with top talented people, and they should show at least some respect and not lack of courtesy with the group of candidates.
It just take some seconds (may be milliseconds if they have a template) to send an email and the candidate doesn't stay in Limbo and probably loosing another opportunities with other companies just for waiting a possible next stage.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki in Apr 2020
Interview
You want to know as much as possible about your field and be prepared for unfamiliar questions. It was a bit lax which through me off as I prepared for more generic questions.
