Das Interview bei McKinsey war strukturiert und professionell aufgebaut. Zunächst gab es ein kurzes persönliches Gespräch zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen, gefolgt von einer klassischen Case Study. Der Fokus lag auf analytischem Denken, strukturiertem Vorgehen und klarer Kommunikation. Im Anschluss wurde noch Raum für Rückfragen gegeben. Insgesamt war der Ablauf sehr effizient und angenehm, mit einer klaren Erwartungshaltung seitens der Interviewer.
