3 rounds of interviews with senior partners in your are of expertise. There is one partner - in my case industry lead, who was my sponsor. The interviews are quite high level focused on discussion of potential commercial opportunities that you see in certain clients and very high level overview of previous experience

Question 1
What do you see as key commercial opportunities in company X.
Personal Experience Interview (PEI):
Te piden ejemplos concretos de tu vida profesional o personal (liderazgo, resolución de conflictos, superar dificultades). Buscan que estructures bien la historia (situación → acción → resultado) y que muestres impacto.
Case Interview:
Te plantean un caso de negocio (por ejemplo, “un operador de telecom quiere crecer en ingresos en España, ¿qué recomendarías?”). Tienes que estructurar el problema, proponer hipótesis, pedir datos, hacer cálculos rápidos y llegar a recomendaciones. Lo importante no es tanto la respuesta “correcta” sino cómo piensas y comunicas.

Varias rondas, con 2–3 entrevistas por ronda, y cada entrevistador mezcla PEI y caso.
6 rounds of cases. It as for an international position. Cases involved doing arithmetic problems. Felt a bit weird. It might have been a better process for a new grad.
