After McKinsey accepted my CV, I was invited for their test (PST). The test consists of 26 questions in an hour. Questions are case based and require you to perform both qualitative and quantitative reasoning. You will be short on time so may be forced to give educated guesses for some of the questions.

Got to interview stage through contacts. Had two 45 minutes telephone interviews as position was in Shanghai. Had two different case studies about market opportunities and threats regarding lighting market and auto market in China. Otherwise it was behavioral, ie. talk about a time when you were a leader and faced a challenge/problem, and how you solved it. Talked about CV, etc.
