Interview
I did not apply to McKinsey but got invited to an assessment test due to my University (Nova School of Business and Economics) that share the CV's of their students with the main local companies.
After achieving the assessment test I was invited for a round of 2 interviews with Associate. Both tackled my previous experience and some personal questions before moving on to the business cases:
1. Belgium's Ministry of Health are facing budget problems with costs growing disproportionately to revenues;
2. Pharmaceutical company is analyzing the expansion of their business
2 interviews back-to-back in-person. Cases weren't super hard but you definitely need to prepare a lot beforehand to navigate the curveballs and be able to function under high stress. Expect difficult industries and focus on PEI which is half as important.
