I was told that I would go through 3 interview rounds. First being "fit" interview, second one for "skill test" where I had to bring in my own laptop and research for about 5 hours. More random interviews were requested after.

As the position I applied for was "research", there was no PST or case interview. For the skill test, I was given about 3 hours for first exam and additional 1 hour for the 2nd exam. Both had about 7-8 questions each, asking to find trends, facts, articles with supporting data, stats and more.

Interview
First you fill a online-form with you CV, cover letter and skill/motivaiton questions. If selected you do a phone interview. The next step is a video game test, in which you are tested while playing. Then you hvae 4 follow-up interviews with case studies to access critical and strategic thinking.

I didn't take PST surprisingly. The exam tested on your logic. You had 90miniutes to finish. If you had previously studied for Lsat, it would be Easy.
