1st round is the PST and two group breakout sessions. You will probably be tired and mentally exhausted after the PST but try to stay energetic during the group case workshop. If you pass the PST then you will move to Round 2. For Round 2 they provide lots of preparation opportunities and a "McKinsey buddy". Besides practicing cases with fellow candidates, I suggest finding a successful consultant who will allow you to interview him/her. This will give you a measuring stick as to what is a good performance for a case interview.
The personal experience part of Round 2 is not bad as long as you have stories prepared and you have practiced telling them.

Interview
The selection process is rigorous and highly competitive, involving multiple rounds of case interviews along with a personality assessment. Candidates are evaluated not only on their problem-solving and analytical abilities but also on their communication, leadership potential, and overall fit with the organization’s values and culture. The process is designed to identify high achievers who have demonstrated consistent excellence throughout their academic and professional journeys, maintaining strong performance over time rather than relying on isolated accomplishments.”
The interview is structured exactly as the preparation materials describe, i.e. personal fit and case. All interviewers were friendly and supportive. After each interview round I received helpful feedback. The cases are not easy but fair.
