C'était pour un stage (pour un poste à temps plein, il y a un tour d'entretien supplémentaire).
Entretien = Expérience + résolution de cas + vos questions à propos de l'entreprise
Chez McK, ils demandent toujours un exploit spécifique où vous avez démontré vos compétences de meneur d'hommes, alors tenez-vous prêt avec des histoires personnelles et soyez prêt à leur raconter de manière structurée et à répondre à des questions exigeantes.

Application, solve game then PEIs. nsure your stories are personal, specific, and demonstrate clear impact. McKinsey interviews are often interviewer-led, which means you need to be prepared to be guided through the case rather than leading it yourself.
Slow, and the HR was a bit arrogant which overall complicated the whole process. I would recommend it if only you have plenty of time on your hands. They also should be more polite and less looking down on potential employees.

Interview
Had one round of HR screening interview before the actual case interview. The HR interview was quite chill, just some motivational questions. The case interview was hard, and the interviewer was not very nice.
