The recruiter was great! 2 rounds of 5 interviews, first was 2 associates, second was 3 partners. My first round, the interviewers spoke absolutely broken English and made it extremely difficult to understand what they are trying to say. My second interviewer was extremely rude as well. Honestly comes down to who interviews you and the case selection that will determine your fate
PST followed by first and second round.
PST was a major time crunch so definitely prepare using materials they provide and learn how to prioritize. Some computation questions can take 4-5 minutes to solve vs other 'leadership' type questions which can take seconds.
Interviews were pretty standard: fit portion and a case with each interviewer. You must have excellent communication and structured problem solving with no/very minimal math mistakes to move on. They also give feedback after the first round and you are expected to improve on it for the next round.
The final round was a little tougher as the interviewers pushed back a little bit more and made you question/test your assumptions.
All in all, a very professional albeit long recruiting process
I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Interview was a straightforward case study, and a McKinsey-specific Personal Experience Interview. This was difficult but I was able to prepare, so it was not too challenging after preparation. The team was very kind throughout the process and I was able to request information on the interview style ahead of time.

Question 1
Tell me about a challenge and how you overcame it?
Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
