I submitted my application and heard back via email that I was selected for an interview. I scheduled an interview for the following meet and had a phone conversation with the head of recruiting. She gave me the run down, not really selling the job well which made me assume they have high turnover. I gave her my experience which seemed beyond most comparable applicants. She said she would send me a skills test and I should expect it that afternoon. I waited and followed up the next day. 3 days later I received an email that said I was no longer selected. I never heard back directly from her after emailing twice. I thought the process was unfortunate for a company as highly regarded as McKinsey

Multiple round robin style Interview, took a few hours. You meet with different people and managers, they have a set of questions they each ask you thoughout your time there and there is a task to complete/test.
Applied online then they scheduled a first interview via zoom, then they sent an assessment session that had to be completed the same day and then they scheduled a final in person interview.
