I had a screening round with the recruiter first to see if she would like to pass me on. I didn't have to do the McK games but I had them on file from last year, so I think that is why. After the recruiter screening I had a first round interview with 2 people and each was an hour long. I was told the same day that I had passed and would be going on to round 2. I was given about 3 weeks to prep for round 3. The interviews took majority of the day as they were spaced out, I had 2 back to pack and 1 hours later. Final rounds are with partners while my 1st round was managers and associates. I would say a few days up to a week after my interview, I had received the call that I got the offer. It was definitely a seamless process. The time in between interviews differs so I'd stay prepared.
