Consists of 2 interview rounds. Initial interview was virtual, with two Associate-level or Associate Partner-level interviewers asking you about your personal experiences and conducting case interviews, separately. Second round was two in-person final interviews with Partners at the McKinsey office. One of the best interview experiences I've ever had. Interviewers were extremely friendly and emphasized intent to make interview enjoyable for the interviewee. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of guidance given when stuck during case interviews.
