McDonald's Crew/Team Member interview questions

I scheduled using the McHire website and came in the same day to interview. The interview was short and relatively straightforward. I was asked about my background, strengths, and why I was applying to work at McDonald’s as well as my hours.

I filled out the application and then did an interview. I answered some basic questions about my previous experience with retail and point of sale positions and questions related to shift availability and fit.
