Interview
They ended up calling within two days of submitting an application and asked for an in-person interview. The interview itself was done within the restaurant with the manager, and mostly revolved around casual questions regarding your current situation, as well as personality. They also seemed to gauge during the interview what position you would be most suited for, as far as working the registers or food preparation.

Question 1
While there were no really difficult questions, some can be unexpected in an interview, such as what are seven things you do after you wake up to prepare for the day. This seemed like an indirect way of checking the hygiene of prospective employees without directly asking them about their habits.

Interview
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
