Regular fast food process. They want to know your background and the experience. They also ask for availability and what your goals are for the next 5 years. They were nice and replied fairly quickly.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at McDonald's (Milpitas, CA)
Interview
Was ok people there don't really wanna train you unless you fit in.I was trying to learn and they kept turning the computer and didn't really wanna train me .
Quick phone screening followed by an in person interview, questions were straightforward and process was simple. I enjoyed the interview process and found it stress free gunga. The whole process took two days.
Pretty easy, asked about previous experience, why I left my previous job, and what skills I have. Nothing too difficult or out of the blue for a fast food chain interview
