I interviewed at McDonald's (Richmond, BC) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and relatively quick. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an in-person interview at the restaurant. The manager asked basic questions about availability, teamwork, and customer service. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the interview lasted about 10–15 minutes. I was informed about the job duties, scheduling expectations, and next steps shortly after.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the main questions they asked was about my availability and how I would handle customer service situations, like working during a rush or resolving a problem with a customer.
It went pretty fast, there was free drinks, the guy was friendly, he asked a lot of very different questions that I didn't answer and many things happened that I wasn't sure about and I think he's nice and that he makes lots of money
