The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. What experience do you have working in a team environment?
Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
