Great experience with friendly interviewers. McDonald’s interviews are brief and straightforward. After a short application screening, candidates meet a manager for a casual, behaviour-focused chat about availability, teamwork, and customer service. Questions are simple, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Decisions are usually quick, with successful applicants moving on to training and paperwork soon after.
Was fine. They asked appropriate questions and allowed me to ask questions. It took about 15 minutes. The interviewer was nice, and they seemed interested not only in my experience but in me as a person.
I applied online and got a call for an interview a few hours later. The interview went swell, though I had much difficulty answering the questions, I was still given a gracious offer. I declined.
