They have multiple rounds of interview, First round is on introduction followed by programming, they don't even have development environment to prove your code runs successfully. Third round is where interviewer has list of questions in document where he expects answers only from document. Interviewer was not aware of any technical problems he used to google answers and take time to eply if answer is correct.
