They used a piece of proprietary software to assess candidates' competency when I applied, which
I thought clever. There 2 rounds of interviews, during which my hiring manager told me " you know you won't get a promotion here or rise up in the hierarchy." The people seemed pleasant enough, though very cautious. What a surprise - caution is the name of the game at MMC.
