The interview process involved multiple tasks, including a group assignment and an individual interview. The company provided an explanation of the job description and their organizational culture. While the information was clear, the overall atmosphere did not feel particularly welcoming.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Hong Kong) in Mar 2024
Interview
Two interviewers. Lasted around 60 minutes, mainly situational questions and soft skills question. It is more of a conversation at the end. The guy also spent 10 minutes describing the company and the expectation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Marsh (Singapur) in Apr 2024
Interview
There were 3 stages to the hiring process:
1. Hirevue interview, consisting of 6 questions (1 minute to prep / 2 minutes for answer / 2 attempts per question). There was 1 “tell me why Marsh/ why this role question” with the remaining 5 being situational questions. I completed this in early April.
2. General aptitude test with Mettl under Mercer. I completed this in Mid April.
3. Assessment Centre, conducted over zoom and consisting of 1 individual interview and 1 group task. The interview was fairly straightforward while the group task involved receiving a prompt, with 20 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to present. I completed this in mid May and received the offer in early June.
HR was great throughout with informing us on updating us on next steps of the application, the general turnaround/ processing time between stages was around 1 week though it is possible due to the time crunch given this role is for early July
