First I had a phone just asking general info. Then I had to go to the HQ and take two different tests, one was an Excel test where you had to organize data, use macros, type in different formulas etc. Then you have the other one which are mathematical questions or data analysis if you may. If you pass this part you have an interview with HR and if you pass that interview you are sent to an interview with the manager of the department.
