Friendly environment and atmosphere during each interview.
The interview ended up being more a dialog, especially with the manager and the partner, revolving around notorious themes of the financial sector

El proceso de selección está compuesto por tres fases: 1. Entrevista con RRHH, 2. Entrevista con algún Gerente o Director y 3. Entrevista con Socio. Al finalizar, envían una carta oferta
Proceso grupal, después con gerencia y por último con socios. Hay dinámicas de grupo donde se juntan entre 8-10 candidatos.
No es complicado conseguir el puesto a pesar de tener bastantes fases
