O processo seletivo é dividido em cinco etapas: dinâmica, entrevista RH, entrevista com gestor, entrevista com sócio e prova de lógica.
Todo o processo foi online.
A entrevista com RH foi mais para conhecer o perfil, já as entrevistas com gestor e sócio era para testar habilidades e raciocínio lógico.

Em seguida deveria se unir com uma outra pessoa, que tem uma ideia diferente, unindo as suas ideias ou criando uma ideia para ser apresentada no final.

Posteriormente entrevista personal con recursos humanos sobre tus intereses y experiencia. Por último, entrevista técnica con un manager.

The process took about 6 rounds, 2 of them were case studies and the rest behavioral. Overall the process was straightforward and allowed me to understand how the company operated. I began interviewing late August and didn't get an offer until December.
