Avoid Avoid Avoid. The entire interview process was very amateurish. One engagement with HR who seemed to have zero knowledge about the company or the role, three with Sales - no idea on strategy and the interviewer seemed unsure about his own position although he was happy to speak of the CEO as if they were best friends - doesnt impress anyone! Then nothing...the dreaded ghosting strategy - 8 weeks and not one response or follow up. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Such a disrespectful way to behave!
