The first interview was a quick phone screen by a fantastic company recruiter to gauge fit. Next interview was a phone screen by the hiring manager where I got some more detail about the position and what they needed. Third was an interview over a 2.5 hour period, 5 people for 30 minutes each. These were members of the team as well as potential colleagues. Most of the questions here were around how I would fit with the team. From the time I applied until all three pieces of the interview process completed was about 7 business days. It took another 7 or so for another quick touch point with the hiring manager via Zoom and some last minute professional reference check. Overall the process took about 3 weeks. The first part of it flew by and the second part seemed to drag a little but it could have also been that I was excited about the opportunity and a little impatient! A three week turnaround for the entire process is nothing to complain about for sure!
