Magna International Manager interview questions

There is room for improvement with HR's communication and organization. HR does not return texts, phone calls or emails after interview but call three months later wanting to know if I was interested in the same job.

Interview with the hiring manager and the co-worker. HR said they'll provide an offer. A month later, they said they bought a company and will no longer issue an offer even though they promised one. What a waste of time. From some co workers, I've heard that Magna does not care about their employees. It showed after this where they did not honor their word and did not even provide a thank you for my time.
