Macy's Sales Manager interview questions

They call you to schedule an interview with the store manager. The interview lasted for an hour. I was informed that there were other applicants. The store manager will pick top three and then there will be a second interview with a store manager at another store. I was introduced to another manager. I was told they would contact me next week. I received a message about three weeks later saying I was still in the running. It was a long process.

Process was standard and aligned well with the position being applied for. Great Interview. Offered job on the spot. Tried to reach out after I never got an afternoon call. Never replied to message or followed up again after interview. Accepted job elsewhere.
