Macy's Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I applied for the job on the Macy's site. An individual interview was scheduled with the floor manager. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the meeting to start. The interview was cordial, not friendly - which is surprising for the retail sales environment. Respectful questions were asked, but little information was provided about the sales position itself.

The interview process was very easy. Questions consisted of customer service questions and scenarios. They asked about my hobbies and skills just to get to know you. I was told I got the job right at the end of the interview.
