Macy's Retail Sales Associate interview questions

As usual applied online, scheduled for interview went for the interview. After driving from pa to nj. with no results. Some old lady happened to interview with all sorts of normal interview questions like Why do you have to work here How did you work in a team with more 20 questions. I answered most of it and then she asked are you willing to work part time or full time. I said either one of them. Then she said we dont have this position right now. Actually we will make a note on file and consider it later. This is.... If they don't have this position. Why Why did they schdule for the interview. Just waiste of time and money... Please employers don't do this.. to anybody...
