Macy's Retail Sales Associate interview questions

First I applied online, next was an online test of customer service experience that took about 30 minutes, the next day they contacted me, and finally a phone interview with a department manager.

The interview process was pretty straight forward and not very complicated. All interviews can be a little nerve racking but the hiring manager made it an easier experience. And it was a short interview, less than 20 minutes.
