Macy's Manager interview questions

I had an opportunity to interview for a managment position with Macy's and it consisted of the following items: Panel Interview: In this 1-hour interview I was asked a series of questions covering key competencies for the position. Presentation activity: Prior to the interview, I was asked to prepare a power point document and make a presentation. Mock Meeting session: In this session, I was asked to resolve a conflict between a manager and an associate. One-on-one Interview: In this session, I was interviewed with the Director if the department.
