If they invite you then you have to complete the Macy's Virtual Job Platform. The platform experience will vary by candidate, but it generally takes between 20-30 minutes (but it took me closer to an hour or more lol im slow and hella questions were asked lol) to complete the process. You then begin on the "Realistic Job Preview" then onto the "On Demand Interview" which is where you record your responses to interview questions. They record your answers.
