Interview
Most interviews I've been on have been a lot more difficult....standard rule of thumb is interviewee should be talking 80% of the time. I the two interviews I had the interviewers were the 80% talkers. Interview process almost seemed hapharard with established personnel not being trained to interview.

Interview
Got there about 10 minutes early and only had to wait 15 minutes before I met with someone else since the interviewer was out to lunch. Interview was very short (15 minutes) and got hired on the spot. The next 45 minutes was getting all the paperwork done and signing me up for appointments/orientation. The entire process took about an hour. The people I met with from the receptionist to the actual interviewer (whom I met with eventually) and a customer service representative who randomly popped by to chat were all very nice.

Interview
I applied online for the job posting and within maybe 10 minutes I got an e-mail offer to schedule an interview. I interviewed on the Friday. I showed up slightly nervous because of all the things I read on here in regards to a group interview. However, my interview was just one on one. I also am currently in a cast on my foot so I wasn't sure how that would affect me getting the job. I showed up and they were a little late but only by like 10-15 minutes. They took me back to an office for the interview. They asked standard interview questions and they looked like she was reading the questions directly off the sheet. The interviewer was very friendly and was really passionate about macys. I had previous retail experience so she asked a few questions about that. At the end, she hired me for the job and I will be working in the junior's department.
