Macy's interview questions

Video interview as a screening with lots of questions, and then you never hear back from anyone .. lets bring back proper traditional interviews where you talk to real people rather than digital interview with ghosting

I worked at Macy's in the late 2010s. The cosmetics manager asked me several questions. A few questions were difficult, like asking about what I would do if I saw a coworker stealing, but most were straightforward. She was also very respectful and supportive since I was unsure how to answer a few of the questions. They know that you need time to learn. Overall, it was a great experience for a beginner applicant.
