I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Macy's
Interview
First, I interviewed on campus. It consisted of two parts. I was asked a series of behavior questions. Next, I was given a group of hypothetical sales associates, and was asked to analyze their sales scores and come up with an improvement plan. I advanced to the final interview round. It was an awesome experience. I was flown out to Miami for a couple days. These interviews were tougher. (two behavioral interviews + analysis of scenarios + group projects) They watched and reviewed all of this. A couple weeks later I received a call and was given an offer.
