Macy's Intern interview questions

On campus recruiting first. I submitted my resume on the campus recruiting platform. Then I had two 30 minute back to back interviews. One behavioral and one more about the retail industry. They let me know within a few weeks whether or not I got the job. Very friendly vibe and smooth application process.

More interested in your personality rather than your skills and how effective you are. Researching the company and gathering information also helps alot but mainly focus on how you fit in the company's culture rather than just answering the questions.
