Macy's Intern interview questions

The Interview was a two part process. The first part was an analysis of a sample store, including associate performance. The second was a one-on-one interview, which searched for personality and job skills.

Received an email to set up the interview with the recruiter. The recruiter then asked via email to take a iq test and an extensive personality test prior to the interview process. The interview consisted of a phone interview received an email for a follow up a week after for a webcam interview. 4 days after webcam interview received a phone call about the offer. After speaking with the recruiter an acceptance letter was sent via email then sign and accecpted.
