MAPFRE Insurance interview questions

The interview wasn’t that bad. You do go through a 2 step process for the interview. The first one was very simple.. just explaining your work history and listening about the company. Then they’ll ask a series of questions. If you do good then you’ll move to the second interview

Friendly people, easy, based on providing relevant examples. I was interviewed by 3 people and two of them asked questions while the third took notes, very nice and will help you with questions if you are stuck. Not intimidating and very approachable. Questions were relevant to the role, asked questions what qualities I had and I applied, experience showing excellent customer service and about dealing with a difficult customer or a complex situation.
