Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

My interview process was very quick due to their immediate need for employees. Usually the process takes about 3 weeks. Process starts with a phone screening, then an initial interview with the human resource manager if they decide to proceed they will set you up generally with the salaried manager who oversees the position you are applying for, then if they decide to proceed they will set you up with the store manager for a final interview if they would like to hire you they will then proceed with a background check and drug test. After these result's come back they will make you an offer.

Interview questions mostly related to previous customer service experience (Can you recall a time where you were faced with a angry customer and what did you do to resolve the situation?). Drug and background test of course afterwards. If they call you for a second interview you basically have the job.
