Interview
I currently work for lowes as a cashier and was applying for a position on the sales floor. I had 3 interviews, one with HR another with the zone manager and the last with the store manager. Just be prepared to answer questions about specific events( what happen, how did you handle it and what was the result).

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Apr 2010
Interview
I applied online and received a call from the human resource manager within 3 days of applying. My first and second interviews, which were with the HRM and the sales manager, were conducted on the same day within an hour apart. The HRM called me the next day to schedule the third interview with the store manager. After talking to the store manager for about 10-15 minutes, he offered me a cashier position.
The first two interviews consisted of questions..."Tell me an experience where you were misinformed by a boss. or Tell me an experience where you gave the wrong information to someone." The answers can be based on school or employment experience. The third interview questions were the typical questions you would expect..."Why do you want to work for Lowe's, etc."

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you gave someone the wrong information. What was the situation and what was the outcome.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Prince George, VA) in Apr 2010
Interview
Human Resorces Officer called to invite me to interview. First interview was with HR manager, I was asked a series of questions of what I would do in certain situations by the HR manager. We chatted for a while past experiences and why would I like to work for Lowes. The same with the zone manager and the general manager, questions were similar each time with a slight spin on the questions. The worst part is the 85 question assessment test which I can't seem to get a high enough score for employment.
