questions were not very specific and required answers that reflected past experience that solved issues.

These are not the actual question but are similar to what they asked
1. make significant changes to inventory
2. complete an assignment where direction conflicted with other job duties
3. develop or train an individual or group
there were a few more that I don't remember at the time
aside from asking questions and thanking me for coming there was really no other communication or feedback.

Interview
The hiring and interview process can be lengthy just depending on how quickly they are needing to fill the specific position. When you put your application in, you must apply for a specific position when putting in your application. They have all sorts of jobs that range from part time to full time, week days to weekends to rotating days off, you may work day time or evening. Once your application has been selected for the interview process you go threw 3 interviews when you are first being hired on with the company, one with the human resource manager, one with a assistant store manager, and one with the store manager if you are applying for a basic position at Lowe's Home Improvement. They will ask you all kinds of questions that range from what would you do is a specific situation to why do you want to work for the company. Just be positive and dress to impress.
