Strength-Based Video Interview (Google for something called as Positive Psychology) The interview is based on that concept where the focus on your strengths. So its best to be honest and show your true strengths as no answer is wrong. Every answer you give is correct. But just try to highlight your strengths.

The video interview and the coding test were together, the coding is hard for people who doesn’t study computer science. Some coding and sql problems, some multiple choice questions in the end. The video interview contains behavioral questions, asked about motivation and career plan
